Once again HALF a kilogram gain in three days while within a calorie deficit🤷🏼♀️ Seems like this is just something my body does as it losses 📉 My Visceral is still 12, so that's great 👍

It's really challenging to stay in a positive mindset, but I try to look at my other stats and overall progress... how do you manage?

I feel the same. Right now I'm just doing what i need to do and trying not to focus on the scale. I'm working out and I'm still eating as normal because body needs fuel at the end of the day. Just focus on it being a 'lets get healthy' journey rather than 'weight loss' journey.

I eat between 1200 and 1400 a day, depending on my activity level.

I see you check your weight almost everyday, that's not a good thing to do, try doing it weekly.
