Hey, a loss is a loss. I was eating something after work (4:30PM), driving kids to football practice (5:30PM) then coaching. When practice is over (7:30PM) I'd drive home and eat again. That was counterproductive. Now I'm going home and eating an apple and granola bar then going to practice... just to put something on my stomach. I'm eating supper when I get home from practice. I think that's the way to go. Though it's later than 7:30 when I get home, it isn't going to last forever and in November, the schedule goes back to normal.
