Crazy stressful week but I stayed true to my course. Weight loss seems to be slowing a bit but then I knew that was comming and I am actually suprised it did'nt happen sooner. Still 2-3 lbs a week is a very respectable number and the really great news is I'm out of my 230's!! HAHAHAHAHAHA ok that laugh was a little crazy scary but you get the point I am happy with the results. My best advice to anyone out there is this dont live life with regrets.

Shake up your diet at one meal every two weeks and the weight will start moving. Have something that you want at one (1) meal, but don't overdo it and eat all of it within the hour. At the very next meal go back to low carb. Within in 3-4 days you should see movement again.
