This morning's brunch was two pork chops with a little tasty fat still attached, brown rice with a little onion, green beans and calabasas. Fantastic and the brown rice has a lower glycemic load and index than white.

My guess is with no lunch, except maybe an apple, and some sort of light dinner, along with the exercycle, I may hit 175 in the morning's weigh in.


One pound to go, 3 days to go before the visit with the doctor.

Yesterday after the big brunch just had a fish taco for dinner and then a little bedtime snack, nothing else.

Wondering if doing 45 minutes instead of 30 on the exercycle is the key to this most recent quick takeoff of what quickly went back on?
