Did not use the bike and had 2 full size meals. No surprise to me that I went up at the scale this morning.
Main work finished on ebook. Now proofing, coming up with an appendix, a good cover and formatting for upload to Amazon.
Weird how it is easyto write on a free website like this one or a stock forum or a blog, but getting motivated to write for potential pay was a little bit more difficult except for times when it seemed like it wrote itself.
