44 in. top belly .....46 in. bottom belly.down an inch on both in just a few days.had the munchies last nite but only snacked on good stuff.a little watermelon,litely salted rice cakes,2,with thin layer of peanut butter and a piece of turkey meat and cheese.i think i went over my 45 carbs but had an hr. workout
