Went out to dinner last night with my sister and her husband. They're back from Spain and wow did they have a great time! Had a delish dinner and I was pretty good. I had no bread but I ate a wonder chicken cordon blue. Very good. I also had a couple of bites of wonderful strawberries and ice cream. As per the SBD they would rather you have ice cream than bread so I really didn't do that bad. In fact I lost weight this morning so go figure.
Off to the gym after work...take care everyone!

Fantastic! Strawberries and ice cream yum! Have you ever had strawberries with cream and champagne? Ooohhh decadent! Well, that was pre SBD... sigh.
