Really shocked at the weight in today, didn't expect a big drop like that and must not expect one like that next week either even though it is a pleasant surprise. feeling more awake now than what I have been doing of a morning lately so hopefully will get a good workout in :). It's going to be difficult to reach your goal. It's long term goal. I suggest you to focus on short term goals. For example to lose 10 pounds or 5 kg. in three weeks.
