I tried to cut back on sweet n low yesterday and I went way over my net carbs yesterday and gained over a lb last night.I definitely need to find a new secret weapon to fend off cravings.Any ideas?

Upped my water and greens today.I've already dropped a pound of water weight over the course of the day.

Add in good healthy protein (meat, eggs, cheese) and the VEGGIES... and get rid of most everything else for a few days... the cravings will go !!!! Then only add back one thing a week at a time until you figure out exactly what is triggering your stuff. Artificial sweetners and the Atkins bars, are famous for causing cravings. But it could be the peanut butter, it could be a bunch of things... so be careful. But if you want to get RID of the cravings...got back to a Clean Induction w/ no artificial anything for 3-5 days... and VOILA! Much Love.
