Damn, another flat spot. I have to get it to go down.
I know I've eaten out a couple of times (unfortunately, our family has several closely spaced celebrations at this time of year to add to Christmas and New Years), I've tried to keep it sensible and calorie negative.
At least the weight is not going up.
