I really didn't want to do the weigh in, but I'm hoping that will make me realize what i've been doing to myself lately. I have to get serious about the weight issue i have. It's a new year, and i'm so hopeful that the weight will come off and i will get some of my abilities back, that I've lost over the past few years.
