I have been slack, not logging food not paying enough attention to portions, eating straight out of the bag......So many not great habits creeping in it's just lucky I'm exercising like an athlete or the scale could have easily gone the other way! Only 3 weeks left of lent hooray although I'm pretty sure it's helped me by taking away baked goods there has been no cakes, biscuits, crackers or bread so it means I have 3 weeks to get into better habits again! In other exciting news I am ranked 27177 in the scaled womens for the crossfit open so having my hands ripped open on the bar was totally worth it ;0) Have a great week everyone #winningwithsmallvictories
