My bad not tracking food on here still but i have been mostly sticking to my macros, I am down a whole a size in just under 6 weeks and I can honestly say I haven't been hungry at all, I have measurements and photos this week so although stripping down to my smalls for someone to take photos isn't my idea of a good time I am looking forward to making the 6 week comparison! This eating 4 times a day is boring though, i feel like a toddler having to carry around little boxes of food and meal prep is a friggin nightmare weighing everything before putting it in tiny containers but it's doing what I want, I'm shrinking and as my husband says it isn't like living with a bipolar crazy woman like most of my diets in the past have been. So the thing with macros is it's slow as I have spent the last 6 weeks loosing I now increase my food slightly as of next week and just maintain my new weight for 6 weeks then do another 6 weeks at loosing apparently the who idea is your body then resets at your new weight so instead of putting all the weight back on with a bit for fun your new reset weight it your weight now, fingers crossed. I am so over being fat loosing then gaining again! Keep up the personal goals Im off to slay my dragons xx
