Hi there! I can't stick to this! I'm really struggling! Can't find what works best for me! I just get to the point where I don't give a rats a**. I mean, I lose some weight and then I run out of good foods to eat and I'm screwed and gain back like 6-8 pounds. I'm so tired! I don't even know why I want to lose weight anymore. I mean, I guess I've always been into self sabotage so it's like- my health? Ahhh, blah! I don't have a lot of self-caring/fulfillment which isn't good. I depend on others too much! yada yada yada. Sorry for the rant! I was reading about the eat for your blood type diet and it says I need to eat vegetarian for blood Type A. Says blood Type A's how low enzymes in the stomach or something and have a hard time processing animal proteins and fats. I don't have a problem with it, but I don't know how to cook vegetarian meals. It said I need my foods in the most pure state I can get them. Also, my partner is complete opposite- meat, meat, fat, potatoes, rice, mac n cheese, etc. It's so hard doing this!
