I guess I need to go back on the Atkins. I was losing on it. This counting calories isn't working for me. At least on the low carb diet I can have my wine at night. That's my desert, 1 or 2 glasses of wine at night.

Feel your pain ... I hate counting calories and I don't feel like I'm getting full. I'm a growin' girl ... literally, :(

I definitely feel more deprived when I count calories. I don't feel as deprived on Atkins.
