Have been slowly easing away from reduction and moving toward maintenance. Only 9 more pounds to go. Back at work today so I was able to weigh apples on the apple scale. Lost 6.5 pounds while I was gone. I'm well happy with that. 44 more days until my 1 year anniversary on weight loss. I really would love to reach my goal weight by then. If I can keep going like I am now I just might make it. The Dr. thinks I'm good now but I want that last few pounds.
