Not been on for a while and it shows! haha. I have managed to lock myself out of my ipad and I am awaiting Apple to resolve this. I only have my phone to hand and I find it hard to update this, it's too fiddly, but from today I will try as I don't like being above goal. It isn't just lack of ipad that has caused the weight gain, I have to confess to 800g peanuts and 250g cashew nuts over the holiday period, so a nut free zone is being created for the foreseeable to get me back on track. Today is a fast day, so will feel energised tomorrow. Anyway I hope you all had a good Christmas and are looking forward to a positive New Year 🤗
