Thx Everyone! "I strive to be a beacon of light in this dark period" I am off insulin after about 11 months and everything is coming up roses!

When I think of an American Hero .. I think of you Ron. Yes you are right to say you have lost 100- I like it Buddy. I'm all for staying positive and you understand just how far you are on your journey. Let's face it 4 lb was your reward you deserved it . You know what to do get rid of that itsy bit , and then on to achieve your goal🎊🎉

@jsfantome - it is crazy! In previous journals I have mentioned days that I have just "broke" down for a good cry, still crazy! Was at home New Years with Angie, Dameon and the dogs, playing having a great day and it seemed the "mistiness" started again.....Being able to be healthy, happy, LIGHTER and just enjoying my wife, grandson and the furbabies just overwhelmed me again......Eyes started watering up........I'm so glad to be able to continue my life's journey again!
