1. little better sleep last night. Felt tired around 1:30 am and was able to fall asleep until 8:30 this morning. Best night of sleep I have had in quite a while.

4. BP 143/90 @ 85 bpm (messed up and drank my coffee first again) :-(
5. My weight loss has slowed but continues. Down another pound today.
6. Extra exercise has been my demon...I have to get this portion moving!
7. Stayed under my calories goal by 700 Kcal yesterday.
8. No cheats yesterday. 2 great meals yesterday.
9. Mental state felt better...just keep moving forward.
