I stepped away from logging my food for a while, just to see if I could maintain my way of eating without having to monitor every bite and calorie... And I DID IT!! I didn't gain any weight, in fact, I continued to lose. Yes, there were days when I didn't choose the best possible foods, but instead of giving up entirely, I quickly realized my poor food choices and corrected it. But, I didn't deny myself everything either. It's all about moderation... and paying attention to what you put in your mouth. I'm very happy with myself and proud of my progress 🙂🙂🙂
