I am finding it hard trying to keep tracking and juggle weekly menu for the whole family (especially weekends) and keep everything under control. Things haven't been going well since last July really. I used to be 121 kgs and lowest I got to was 98 and now its crept back up to 104 and time just keeps ticking by. I can go up and down 2kgs overnight, I weigh daily but only weigh day counts for me and I want to get back to seeing the arrow go down even if its only .1 of a kg. My weigh day is Friday but as I am starting again I have put it in today.

Be kind to yourself.😊 New routines take time to master. You are going to achieve what u want. When it comes to my own food and the kids...single parenting. ..i look at my food differently. Its easy to get the kids food done....you are greatly experienced with that. You matter and stay happy😆😆😆😆

Thanks Jane, sadly its not new its been 2 years and my kids are 20 somethings. When it was working the best was when I swapped out 3 meals a week that they would have to cook their own (usually something easy and meaty lol) and I would just have a salad, I really need to get back to that.
