This third week, into this challenge, has been interesting and surprisingly successful. My net carbs, for the week was a total of 105.81g, with the daily average being 15.11g per day; the result being, I'm down another 10 pounds. Hoo Yaa! Thank You Jesus!!! If I'm not back "in the Zone" yet, then I'm certainly close to it. Oh Yeah! :-) I hope everyone else's week went just as well. See you at the final weigh in.

Thank you. After the previous two drops, I figured I would lose more weight, but 10 lbs, that was a shocker. However, it's better to be shocked by a loss, than a gain. :-)
