Yay!!! I love to see that blue number. I only had one day where I went over my RDI this last week, but I really feel like this is kind of two weeks worth of weight loss. Last Saturday when I weighed was day one of my cycle, so I was definitely feeling the bloat.
I also dropped my RDI down by 100 calories since, for the most part, I wasn't having trouble staying under my previous. Haven't been doing that great getting exercise in since it went back to being cold and snowy here. Booo!!! I want sunshine and t-shirt weather!
