Glad for a bit of a drop since I only stuck to the plan five of the seven days. Even though I went over those two days, it still wasn't anything compared to how I used to eat.
We're supposed to be in high fifties today, and mid sixties tomorrow, so I plan to get a few walks in, at the minimum.
