Well, this has really become a slow process. So, I've decided to kick it up a knotch. Starting today, I'm going to try the extreme fat smash for a week (except on x-mas, gotta have the x-mas ham) So, it will be nothing but, fruit & veggies hopefully this will work.
I've got to tell everyone how much I LOVE shopping now!!! It is so great to walk into a store and be able to wear anything. I went from a size 14 to a size 6/8. I would have never thought I could do this and I am so grateful for all your support. It is going to be wonderful to start the New Year 50 lbs lighter and not have to have losing weight as a resolution!! Happy Holiday to you All!

That's awesome!! I am already enjoying shopping, I can't wait to shop more when I get down to my ultimate goal weight! I have gone from a size 20 down to a 14 and looking forward to being an 8. I am so happy to not be in the plus size shopping anymore!

Wow, that is great progress you have made, VERY impressive!
50 pounds is an awesome accomplishment! You obviously have the determination, and I am sure whatever diet plan you use will repond to your level of determination!! Fat smash is a good one, I bet you will reach your goal quickly!
