4. My blood pressure was a bit lower for the second day in a row at 124/83 @ 101 bpm. :-)
5. I am staying in Ketosis now and my reading this morning was 44 on the meter.
6. I took my Mother to the doctor today to the veins on her right leg worked on. All went well and she even wanted to go out for Mexican food afterwards. I had some great beef fajitas with lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. A great place called Lupe's here in Katy, TX.
