I've not been eating healthily this entire weekend for no reason whatsover other than that I spent time with family I had not seen for a long while, and had good home cooked food for a change, which was clearly not in line with my dietary goals. As a result, have been expecting this increase. Also noticed that I have so much less energy to even attempt gym when I am eating bad food...or could it all be in my head? Haven't made it to gym since Sunday, but will do my utmost to get even just a little in today. I do not want to go above 78kgs ever again!!! Need the motivation.
