-1.4 Yesterday was interesting. I ate very well through lunch and I even planned out my calories for the rest of the day. I just was not hungry. So with those excess calories needing filled, I went out for a couple of beers. Even to find out, I couldn't drink 2. So with 1 1/2 beer and a bit more fruit and meat I went to bed. Hopefully today will be back on healthy meal plans and a downward slid will keep happening. This is going to be a long journey and I know I have to do it.
