It looks like I am "on track". If you are going to lose weight and not 'starve" yourself, you need to get in at least 1 1/2 hours of exercise per day. I ate 2000 calories yesterday and I felt good. I don't want to limit myself to 1200-1300 cals per day... I am just inviting disaster.
