Now I am home sick. Caught the bug from taking care of my husband. So I guess the weight loss is due to being sick and not eating very much.

Make sure you take care of yourself and get better. I don't know about you, but I never really lost weight from being sick. I used to get mad thinking, Dang how could I be that sick for that long and not lose weight. Didn't seem right. Just keep up with what you know and get well. Hang in there!

Bummer that you are home ill!! Take lots of care of yourself and make sure you drink lots of fluids to keep hydrated! Hopefully you will be back to normal health wise in no time flat!!
