Hola All...
I weighed in this morning...the scale showed a 4.5 weight gain! (I can only blame myself) One might say that I felt disappointment; however, here is my response to “disappointment:”
Disappointment is “failure, defeat, frustration."
I feel not as a failure but challenged (that is where growth resides).
I feel no defeat but another opportunity to be triumphant.
I feel no frustration but another day given to try again!!!Amen...
I hope that you all take heart in knowing that today is a new day; another day to make it right!!!

Love that attitude :) Being imperfect is just being human. We are all human and nobody can be 100% on the right track all the time. Never beat yourself up for mistakes you have made, Always celebrate yourself for making the choice to fix it! Hope you have a great day and a fresh start.

My ray of sunshines returns. I have so missed you sweetie. Don't be discouraged. I am just now getting over feeling sorry for myself and having a bad food weekend. But look, it's a wonderful Monday and we have what it takes to get through the week. Take care - let me know if you need anything.

Nino66- It was very heavy on my shoulders to read my gain this morning. I had to write and I so glad that I did. It made me feel so much better!!! :D

Aw...my dear Kmartin! I needed your words and I have missed you...I felt so sorry myself this morning and then I remember you and it made me regain my focus on this beautiful Monday. The sun is certainly shining bright here in CA. Warm regards!!! :D
