This slow and steady approach is really working. don't go crazy on reducing calories (I am not going to "starve" eating 1700-2100 per day).
Went running in the AM and felt so good that I ran a 5K and my Knees did not hurt!
Hoping to lose 2-3 lbs per week.. that is safe!
