back on keto, cutting calories don't work for me. helps with the cr. fatigue once past the keto flew.Thank you for all the support. A lot of that is water weight since I just started up with keto again. But more important to me my skirts are looser. I weigh one a month otherwise I get to disappointed on scale fluctuations. I am 55 and losing, it is hard work. Youngsters lose it before you brake the speed-limit. It is easer. But it still can be done in the golden years.:).

add in mct oil on your adaption face to help with the flu also, grass butter. also some tips on calorie cutting, don't cut too much out your diet, i will only do about 400. reason been your body is built to adapt cutting too much your body gets smart and slows down your metabolism. So you start burning less cals. Deplete 400 from the food and the rest should come out from your workout. Review weekly and adjust again. Hope this helps :)
