All it takes is just committing to 7 days in a row of doing everything Right! When you see the progress made, the extra energy, the sense of self confidence... there is no limit.
I think most people (including me) give in to the myth..."I am always going to be about 30-40 lbs overweight and there is nothing I can do about it"...
