Hi Everyone..I'm back! Thanks for all your well wishes while I was away. I had a great time just hanging on the beach and drawing circles in the sand. I did manage to eat only 2 meals a day on average. I usually had a SB replacement meal in the AM and then a little snack before dinner (lf cheese) and then some wine with dinner. I did well, avoided all carbs..no bread no potatoes no pasta etc. The only time I did fall was on the very last day, we went to Disney W. and did Epcots food and wine festival. I had a slice of pizza from Italy and a perogie from Poland. Then I had a REALLY big drink (margarhita) at dinner. After shelpping around DW I really needed it. Anyway, I gained 3 lbs on this and it was totally worth it. My clothes still fit great so its really just a matter of a week or two and I'll be back down. I did come home with a nasty cold so I'm not working out until Wed. I still have a fever at night and I don't want to push it.
