Hye guys, still on board, just haven't had internet for aweek, which means no online food diary, but I've been taking notes in a notebook and will have to backfill entries later. I think I'm doing ok, no scale, but my waist is down to 30 from 32 and my hips went from 43 to 41, so I think progress is being made! There is a road which leads to an air strip that we use here, and in total it's a bit over 5km there and back. I've been jogging that 4-5 days a week! Feeling really good about how things are. Just gotta see how that translates onto the scale when I get home! :) Wish I could be online more to support my buddies, though!
