I've been running for about 5 weeks now. Going to the track with my friend. Making running a social activity has really helped me stay with it. I haven't lost much weight, but my energy level is through the roof. I sleep like a rock and then jump out of bed. I haven't had this much energy in a long time, it's great. My lower body is shaping up despite being the scale staying pegged. All in all I'm pretty happy with myself.
