Oh...and Paula, I don't know the gal who was in the video but aspire to do exactly what she did for breast cancer. I have several family members i.e. aunts and cousins who have had breast cancer (two died from it). Hopefully, all my gal pals remember to get their mammograms regularly. I am blessed to have not had this type of cancer. And I'm thankful to God for surviving a rare localized bone cancer in my shoulder a few years back. Have a blessed weekend. Love and Hugs{{{}}}

Hey Cindy I would love to do the 5K as well. I am seriously thinking of doing the July 4th 5K they have here every year.
Sometimes the scale just shows slightly higher but if you are playing it by the rule it will all of a sudden show a few pounds lower in a few days. Give it time.
Hey we are in the top two for the spring challenge. NICE!!!

Hi Sophia! Ya know what? I'm sure that you will be doing that 5K too my friend. We just got back from town and were able to go to do a little shopping. Got myself a couple of new bras as the girls just don't want to stay in the old ones. Lol. We are really in the top two. I can believe that you are but me too. We will all be winners in the end. I am having a blast with my hubby too. We decided to buy some hamburger meat and rented a movie, it was his pick, instead of going out to dinner and the theater. Nothing much playing that is worth watching right now. Oh...the name of the movie is 'Inception' with Leonardo Di Caprio. Will be sitting down to watch it in a few minutes.
