Still weighing in at 131, but I flexed in the mirror and I have back muscles popping out, my shoulders have definition and I'm still losing inches around the waist.

I've been doing a new program with DailyBurn, Total Cardio, the base switches build some serious muscles. I'm super happy with the results.
