I have remember to ask for help because I need a community, when things are hard.

Right now my attitude is better.

Since I went into the hospital on May 17, Rehab and back in the Hospital I'm down over 140lbs (of course alot was water weight in the first week). But I am feeling much better. Lost at least 50 in real weight....

Now with this 20 in July challenge I hope to do the same in August! and be in the 300s by Sept 1.

Watch out world I am no longer sick and in an unhealthy environment...

That is what this site is for..so we can all support each other and so we CAN ask for help when we get stuck. Notice I said "when" and not "if"..we ALL get stuck, need help/motivation/tips etc. :)
