Fell off the wagon more than a month ago. Have now gotten anew motivation for the first few phases of my plan. Will be going ice fishing in Jan/Feb so will need to drop some lb's and get fit. That starts today!

Not sure I will follow the dash diet or not. I'm seeking a more healthy diet, but at this point I am more interested in just dropping and maintaining calories. Any advise on how to change to a diet involving less processed foods and more veggies would be appreicated.
