Ok, I’ve procrastinated on this post for several days now. ( probably waiting for the weight to drop 😆, nah, I was too nervous to weigh).
Truth be told I’ve been in a challenging spot of late. Work has been wild, house drama, and not feeling 💯. To that end I’ve not be actively tracking everything I have been funneling into my pie hole which has made me more annoyed with myself.

So, to keep from making any drama here I am starting over. Today I begin tracking my intake again, the good, the bad and the ugly to get back in tune with the program.

Thank you all who’ve been along for this ride since February. I know I’m making a Mtn out of a mole hill, but it’s been bugging me, so I’m being transparent. Have an awesome day!
