I am so very sorry. Loss of a parent is so hard. Cancer has been around since the beginning of time. Our parents generation are often suffering from cancer from their exposure to chemicals like asbestos that they didn’t know about at the time and smoking, of course, was a huge contributor. This generation is suffering from cancer due to our lifestyle and eating habits. I’m so glad to see from your bio that you are on a personal road to your own better health. Congratulations for that. I bet your dad was proud that you have started to make this effort.

First of all, I’m sorry. I know from experience that there are no words that will ease your pain, but hopefully knowing that he is, at least at peace will bring you peace and some comfort. My father was my best friend, and similarly to yours was diagnosed with three types of cancer out of nowhere and passed away two months later. we were thankful that the suffering wasn’t prolonged, but every day he is on mind and at heart which I am certain yours will be also. It will never completely go away but I assure you it will get easier. Eventually The happy memories will start to jump in your mind in the place of the grieving and loss. I wish you peace. ❤️
