Diet and exercise going really well. Still only on a plant based diet, and ramped up the exercise. I ran 17.5 miles this week, clothes are not so much of a struggle to fit into - which is good.

After 10 days without any alcohol, I started having a few glasses of wine at weekends. With weight down 2.4 lbs from last weigh in and 10.6 lbs in 20 days - I'll take that thank you!!

Great work! I have also been cutting back on alcohol, although I indulged in a few glasses of wine over the weekend, too. It's hard to have a life without a good cabernet! :)

Alright! It sounds to me that you are doing a really great job!:) I also cut my wine out! I had a small glass tonight. I heard that dry red wine helps with diet loss. I'll check into it, if you like? Keep up the good work! :)~Ann
