Hi, I am Andy, and I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have used this before with success, but as work has increased and exercise has decreased and bad habits have crept in, here I am again.
I am now 65 years old, English, but live in Arizona, USA. I like playing the guitar, want to get out and do some hikes again, start up running again after losing a certain amount of weight.
I am married and we also like to do outdoor activities.
