What’s your favorite way to cook it? I usually do it on racks over steetpans in the oven but takes awhile. Tried air fryer too but so much mess!

hubby does our bacon on the grill, so, outside, no mess, crispy result, mmmm. With some of it, I use the food processor or blender to mince it up into bacon bits and freeze in baggies. We use them straight from the freezer in everything, soup, salad, pasta, eggs.......

I’ve started carnivore to reduce inflammation. Then I will slowly incorporate some foods back in. Bacon is something I love so much!

Moko I use a large copper pan on the stove. The more grease that pools in the pan, the more even and crispy fry I gat. Once cooled I put the grease in a container and into the fridge for cooking and seasoning other dishes.

Spin hick I have many friends that did carnivore and swore by it. I’m ketogenic low carb to manage hypoglycemia. And bacon is a STAPLE of my diet!

Zanly that is a good idea. I do something similar with sausage. Never froze my cooked bacon though.

When bacon is on sale, that's when we pounce! We'll get 6 packages (more or less) and hubby does them all on the grill right away. He brings them inside and once cooled they get minced and packed up. I love bacon and a little goes a long way in the flavour department!
