Grapes - I had to have them! And were they good!!!!!! I miss fruit :(. At least I didn't binge on ice cream and cookies this time. So I am proud of me!

I miss fruit too and I'm not a big fruit eater. That's why I chose Atkins. What I'd give for a big slice of watermelon!

Good for you!!! That's why I could never do the Atkins way of life, I like my fruits and veggies! I'm glad you enjoyed them, I love any type of grape and they are in abundance in my grocery now. Enjoy!

How often do you eat fruit in OWL? Strawberries, Raspberries, Blkberries, Melon, Cantelope, Blueberries, Even watermelon... what gives... you might as well had the cup of ice cream the carbs were nearly the same! I get that love fruit - but why are you missing it - when you could be having it in moderation all the time??? Just asking...

My problem is "in moderation". I have allowed my self very small portions of the berries - blue, straw and rasp... maybe once a week. Just something about those grapes - I was popping them in like I used to eat popcorn! And you're right the carbs were crazy. Lets just say, i don't trust myself to not count or measure. I'd be lost without my scales and measuring cups! Guess I'm learning in order to sustain this WOE--I have to broaden my options to mitigate the temptation/desires.
