Happy Belated 4th of July all! I hope all your celebrations were what you were looking for.

I’ve shied away from reporting is as I have been as committed to my program as a roller coaster goes up and then down, and cork screws. 😆

My sister reminded me of our families history with diabetes which is sobering. I am not intact diabetic, but nor do I want to be.

I will give a formal weigh in tomorrow. 👍🏻😁

My family doesn't have a lot of diabetes but I have had problems in the past.

MorticiaAdams-glad to hear your family does not have a history of Diabetes. Unfortunately mine does so I have to pay more attention than I do. Dare I say change a lot of my nutrition habits.👍🏻👍🏻

Fritz, thank you for remembering me and my family during the storm. We just got our power back5 hours ago. That was only an issue because we lost internet as a result. We are blessed as the home we purchased has a whole home generator. (That was an attraction for me). Anyway, the lack of internet was the biggest issue as I had issues working from home, and we learned our cell coverage sucks without WiFi 😂 Thank you again!
