I notice having creamer in my coffee has stalled my weight loss. Possibly because it seems to stop my fasting so I burn less fat overall. Been stalled for a week or so now so need to change it up again. Moving to a second Airbnb tomorrow with zero cooking appliances besides a fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle so will be eating many packaged meals all month. Maybe lots of salads and other things. Finally settled into my own apartment Sept 1 with a kitchen. My car is acting up too so may end up carless but at least the new place is a short walk to work and grocery stores. I’ve been without a car often but not having access to the gym is not really an option. Hopefully it’s nothing major with the car.
