So tired of not LIVING!!!
Being overweight has kept me from living at my FULLEST potential. I've been overweight for 12 years and I'm so OVER living this lifestyle. I've tried so many diet (fads) and am worse off than when I started. My bones creek, my legs ache, my face is much fuller(with two extra chins), I get to wear those HUGE beautiful floral shirts or XXX large t-shirts, even my feet are fat, my wrists have a fat fold that is incredibly attractive, I just can't wear a watch or pretty bracelets. I walk with my head hung low and I make sure to stay quiet and not be heard or seen. And, worst of all-people tend to make sure they don't acknowledge me because God forbid they'd have to talk to a FAT person.
Well, NOT ANY MORE!!! As much as I love you my Ruffles Potato Chips and my lovely Snickers bars...and my comfy couch and TV remote...YOU ARE OUT OF HERE!!! Our love affair is over. Say hello to my NEW little friends...DETERMINATION - CONFIDENCE - LAUGHTER - and ENERGY.
I'm thrilled to be starting over in this new adventure...the NEW ME! Learning how to properly fuel my body. How to exercise and LIKE it...lol
To make new friends and to walk with my head held HIGH. To encourage others in achieving their goals. My goal is to lose 100 lbs in one year.
I serve a MIGHTY GOD who I know will help me every step of the way. Keeping my eyes focus on Jesus and the scale...lol. And my feet planted firmly on the Word.
